Lillehammer municipality, c/o the Procurement Unit, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for site machine contractor services for Gausdal municipality.

A framework agreement shall be procured for site machine contractor services for Gausdal municipality. The objective of this procurement is to meet the municipality’s need for site machine contractor services for:

— Maintenance and renovation assignments and minor site work for both roads and water and sewage,

— Gravel road maintenance: Gravel planing, dust binding and laying road gravel,

— Clearing ditches and culvert work,

— Snow and ice planing.

A framework agreement shall be procured for site machine contractor services for Gausdal municipality. The objective of this procurement is to meet the municipality’s need for site machine contractor services for:

— Maintenance and renovation assignments and minor site work for both roads and water and sewage,

— Gravel road maintenance: Gravel planing, dust binding and laying road gravel,

— Clearing ditches and culvert work,

— Snow and ice planing.

The municipality has a need for stand-by in acute situations for machines for any pipeline breaches, avalanches and flood damage. In such situations the municipality has a need for immediate turn-outs, also outside normal working hours, at weekends and on holiday days. Machines with drivers must be in place within 2 hours.

The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.

An agreement shall be signed with one tenderer.
