Description:
Purchase and delivery of A4 and A3 xerographic paper for the Social Insurance Institution

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of A4 and A3 photocopying paper for the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) divided into parts:

Part A - A4 size photocopying paper. Ordered quantity: 571 255 reams

Part B - A3 size photocopying paper. Ordered quantity: 5 010 reams

A4 photocopy paper

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive delivery of xerographic paper in reams (1 ream = 500 sheets), intended for single- and double-sided printing in black and multi-color on copying, printing and multifunctional, laser and inkjet devices, divided into the following parts:

Part A - purchase and delivery of A4 photocopying paper in the amount of 571,255 reams,

2. A4 format photocopying paper, white, matte, uncoated, wood-free, with the following technical parameters:

a) Grammage: 70-90 g/m2 – PN-EN ISO 536:2012 standard or equivalent;

b) Thickness: not less than 94μm – PN-EN ISO 534:2012 standard or equivalent;

c) CIE whiteness: not less than 146 – PN-ISO 11475:2017 or equivalent;

(d) Opacity of not less than 89 % – ISO 2471:2008 or equivalent;

e) Bendtsen roughness: not more than 300 ml/min – ISO 8791-2:2013 or equivalent;

f) The paper must meet the requirements for the durability of paper intended for documents marked in accordance with EN ISO 9706:2001 or equivalent.

Equivalent solutions to the above-mentioned solutions will be those whose quality parameters are not worse than those specified and which meet all the requirements provided.

3. The numerical values of the parameters given above are nominal values required by the Ordering Party. Nominal value - it is the value declared by the manufacturer characterizing a given property of the paper, without taking into account the influence of factors in the production process that may cause deviations from the desired value.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the following means of evidence to confirm that the subject of the contract meets the requirements in terms of compliance of the offered product with the description of the subject matter of the contract:

Technical specification of the offered product prepared by the Contractor in accordance with Appendix No. 8 (Part A) to the Terms of Reference, confirming the requirements contained in point 2 (a) – f) of Appendix No. 7 (Part A) of the Terms of Reference.

A4 photocopy paper

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive delivery of xerographic paper in check

(1 ream = 500 sheets), designed for single and double-sided black and multi-colour printing on copying, printing and multifunction devices, laser and inkjet devices, divided into the following parts:

Part B - purchase and delivery of A3 format xerographic paper in the amount of 5,010 reams.

2. A3 format photocopying paper, white, matte, uncoated, wood-free, with the following technical parameters:

a) Grammage: 70-90 g/m2 – PN-EN ISO 536:2012 standard or equivalent;

b) Thickness: not less than 90 μm – PN-EN ISO 534:2012 or equivalent;

c) CIE whiteness: not less than 146 – PN-ISO 11475:2017 or equivalent;

(d) Opacity of not less than 89 % – ISO 2471:2008 or equivalent;

e) Bendtsen roughness: not more than 300 ml/min – ISO 8791-2:2013 or equivalent;

f) The paper must meet the requirements for the durability of paper intended for documents marked in accordance with EN ISO 9706:2001 or equivalent.
