For the needs of the wellbeing services counties of Pirkanmaa, Kanta-Häme and South Ostrobothnia (Cooperation Area of Inner Finland), as well as Tekonivelsairaala Coxa Oy and Tays Sydänkeskus Oy, Tuomi Logistiikka Oy will put out to tender infusion machines and syringe pumps and their device-specific accessories for a contract period valid for 2 years. After this, it will be possible to extend the contract until further notice. An open-ended contract will also be put out to tender 4–5 years after the start of the actual contract period.

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy will put the infusion vending machines and syringe pumps and their device-specific accessories out to tender for a contract period of 2 years. During the contract and option periods, it is estimated that 300 (infusion machines) + 300 (syringe pumps) units will be purchased. The quantities are estimates of future needs, and the contracting entity does not commit to the declared procurement quantities.

A two-supplier framework agreement will be established for the procurement of infusion machines and syringe pumps. The suppliers submitting the most economically advantageous tender and the second most advantageous tender satisfying the conditions of the invitation to tender shall be selected for the framework agreement. The Client primarily seeks to place orders with the supplier that has made the most economically advantageous offer, taking into account patient- and user-specific needs.
