Renewal of the technical tunnel equipment Lph. 5 to 8. The object of the requested service is the planning and construction supervision of the renovation of the TTA of the tunnel Eichhöldchen in the course of the B 455 in Oberursel.

— renewal of the fire-fighting water supply with the aim of hydrant placement at tunnel portals, supply from the public network if possible,

— air conditioning of the company building,

— renewal of power plants,

— renewal of low-voltage main distribution and backup power supply,

— renewal of tunnel lighting in LED including measurement sensors,

— renewal of information lighting in the tunnel,

— renewal of cable support systems, cables, upgrading lightning protection and grounding measures in the tunnel and in the apron,

— renewal of safety-related trades such as emergency call equipment and transmission equipment,

— renewal of installations in the company building, such as fire alarm system, access control, electrical equipment,

— adaptation and renewal of central control systems,

— connection of all relevant trades to the TLZ,

— renewal and upgrading of the transport facilities in the apron, including the construction of protective barriers in the tunnel apron,

— construction planning, analysis of construction work in phases,
