The subject of the contract are services related to the FEAD Central System (SC FEAD) in the scope of:

1) development;

2) maintenance, including administration and removal of failures and errors;

3) support users by providing a hot-line service.

1. The subject of the contract are services related to the FEAD Central System (SC FEAD) in the scope of:

1) development;

2) maintenance, including administration and removal of failures and errors;

3) support users by providing a hot-line service.

2. Detailed information on the description, scope and conditions of performance of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference – Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) with attachments.

3. For the purpose of preparing tenders, the contracting authority shall make available for inspection the SC FEAD documentation. The documentation will be made available upon the contractor's written request submitted via the Platform. The Contracting Authority will make the documents available on weekdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., at the headquarters of the Ministry of Family and Social Policy, 4 Bracka Street in Warsaw.
