The European tender concerns the provision of Telecommunications as a service. So – apart from a few fixed telephones and headsets – no hardware is requested.

The Agreement consists of the provision of the following services for the Beveland organizations, as further specified in the Specifications:

1. Telecommunications facilities, peripherals and functionalities;

2. Contact center environment and functionalities;

3. SIP trunk infrastructure:

o Central SIP trunk for the municipalities of Borsele, Kapelle and Noord-Beveland;

o Linking existing GT Fixed SIP trunk infrastructure (municipalities of Goes and Reimerswaal).
