Lot 2: Operation and fail-safe crisis communication of satellite communication systems as well as training courses at 25 different locations in Germany, France and Switzerland.

The Karlsruhe Regional Council carries out the procedure on its own behalf, but on behalf of the other contracting parties. According to Section 4 of the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (VgV), all contracting parties are jointly responsible for compliance with the provisions on the award procedure.

The contract includes the operation and fail-safe crisis communication of satellite communication systems at 25 locations. Of these, 18 are in Germany, 4 in France and 3 in Switzerland. Furthermore, the implementation of 2 training courses for the operators of the satellite communication systems.
