Oksenøya centre, area 9.7 at Fornebu, is the first of the 3 last centres for social infrastructure subject to development at Fornebu. The area is situated inside the Fornebu ring/close to the Nansen Park. The following shall be realised at Oksenøya:

— primary school — 5 parallel,

— nursery school w/300 places,

— multi-purpose Hall,

— artificial grass field,

— local environment/school’s outdoor area,

— residential and treatment centre/nursing home, 150 residents,

— parking basement.

The combined GFA for the project is approx. 30 000 m2. The primary school with multi-purpose hall, artificial grass field, local environment and nursery school with outdoor area shall be completed before Aug. 2022. The residential and treatment centre shall be completed during Q4 2022. Final handover after a commissioning phase of approx. 12 months. The project will be executed as 3 lots; the school, nursery school and residential and treatment centre. The assignment is awarded as three lots respectively.
