The object of the procurement is DNA crime scene sampling supplies under the conditions specified in the invitation to tender and its appendices. The subject matter of the contract is described in more detail in the invitation to tender, in particular in the section-specific sections of the invitation to tender "II.2.4) Description of the procurement", in the component-specific requirement and price forms of the invitation to tender (annexes 1A, 1B, 3A and 3B to the invitation to tender) and in the sub-area contracts of the invitation to tender (annexes 2A and 2B to the invitation to tender).

The estimated value (excluding VAT) of subdivisions 1 and 2 during the contract period is EUR 791,000-1,230,000, including the option period. See also section II.2.4 of the call for tenders. It is difficult to determine the exact scope of the procurement in euros, because due to the prevailing world situation, it is difficult to estimate the price development of the products to be procured during the agreement period.

The object of the procurement of Lot 1 is sampling kit No 2.1 and component No 1.1 as set out in Annex 1A "Requirements LOT 1" to the invitation to tender and their delivery to the customer's warehouse. The estimated value (excluding VAT) of subdivision 1 during the contract period is 170,000

- EUR 272 500, including the option period and option products and services (see sections II.2.7 and II.2.11 concerning part 1 of the invitation to tender). It is difficult to determine the exact amount of the procurement in euros because, due to the prevailing world situation, it is difficult to estimate the price development of the products in question during the contract period (see the product definition in Chapter 2 of the contract attached as Annex 3A to the call for tenders). The estimated annual procurement volumes (= weightings) of the sampling package 2.1 and component 1.1 in accordance with Annex 1A to the invitation to tender are set out in Annex 3A "Price form" of the invitation to tender.

Sampling packages and components are ordered to the National Bureau of Investigation's warehouse approximately 1-3 times a year.

The object of the procurement for Lot 2 is sampling kit No 2.1 and component No 1.1 as set out in Annex 1B "Requirements LOT 2" to the invitation to tender and their delivery to the customer's warehouse.
