The public contract resulting from this consultation is a composite contract partly in the form of an ordinary contract (at a global and flat-rate price) and partly in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The purpose of this consultation is to carry out surveys to assess the satisfaction of blood donors, the image of EFS and blood donation (and the different types of donations) among the general public. - Service 1. Advice on how to define the positioning of its opinion and satisfaction surveys so that they allow it to have the appropriate indicators to better understand its audiences and thus manage its communication, advertising and marketing activities in response to its strategic challenges.- Service 2. Conducting a survey for a public of blood donors (plasma, platelets) to measure their satisfaction.- Service 3. Carrying out a survey for the general public to measure the image of efs and blood donation (plasma, platelets).- Service 4. Conduct of one or more additional surveys, if recommended by the incumbent
