The Bundesstraße 3 runs between Neu Wulmstorf and Eversen-Heide through the village of Elstorf. In the future, Elstorf is to be relieved of through traffic by a three-lane bypass. In the course of this, a green underpass BW 2.02 is to be built as a new building.

Design specifications on the part of the client must be implemented. The additional design and static specifications of the working group must also be taken into account.

The total cost (gross) of the construction measures amounts to an estimated 7 million euros.

Specialist planning of structural engineering: LPH 2, 3, 6 partly in accordance with § 51 HOAI
