The subject of this order is the renovation of Jenbacher cogeneration units in the "Shortblock" formula, divided into parts, according to the location: Part 1 - GUK Malbork - 2 units type J612; Part 2 - GUK Tarnobrzeg – 2 aggregates type J616. The main purpose of the implementation of both parts of the contract is to perform an intermediate overhaul of cogeneration units in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer "Jenbacher", carried out in the "SHORTBLOCK" formula – after the cogeneration units reach 30,000 rbg. The CHP units being the subject of the order are located in the sources of high-efficiency cogeneration belonging to the Ordering Party in Malbork at Piaskowa 1 Street: 2 cogeneration units type J612 (Part 1 of the order) and in Tarnobrzeg at Kwiatkowskiego Street Dz. No. 1111/48: 2 cogeneration units type J616 (Part 2 of the order).

The main purpose of the order is to perform an intermediate overhaul of CHP units in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer Jenbacher, carried out in the "SHORTBLOCK" formula – after the cogeneration units reach 30,000 rbg.

The CHP units being the subject of the order are located in the sources of high-efficiency cogeneration belonging to the Ordering Party in Malbork at 1 Piaskowa Street: 2 cogeneration units type J612. The scope of the contract also includes all necessary works related to the dismantling of CHP units, i.e. m.in. dismantling of service gates of GUK engine compartments, dismantling of parts of the fence (if required), organization and transport of CHP units related to their replacement in the "SHORTBLOCK" formula, reassembly of cogeneration units, restoration of connections of technological and electrical installations, performance of necessary electrical measurements, carrying out start-up of cogeneration units with a 72-hour test operation, during which control parameters will be tested.

The Contractor shall provide a guarantee and warranty for defects for the executed subject of the contract for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract.

The scope of the contract also includes the Service service within 12 months from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the order.
