The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection, collection, transport of municipal waste from inhabited real estate and selected properties not inhabited in the municipality of Kobierzyce and the management of this waste. The service consists in emptying containers and collecting bags located in gazebos or garbage boxes and from the place of waste exhibited in the Kobierzyce commune, transport of collected selective municipal waste to the recovery installation, mixed municipal waste to the municipal installation in the field of mechanical and biological treatment of waste listed in the applicable WPGO and in accordance with Article 9e and Article 6d(4)(7) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities -Dz.U. of 2022, item 1297, i.e. and the management of this waste in this installation in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods, as well as washing and disinfection of containers, waste collection

1. Object of the order

The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection, collection, transport of municipal waste from inhabited real estate and selected properties not inhabited in the municipality of Kobierzyce and the management of this waste. The service consists in emptying containers and collecting bags located in gazebos or garbage boxes and from the place of waste exhibited in the Kobierzyce commune, transport of collected selective municipal waste to the recovery installation, mixed municipal waste to the municipal installation in the field of mechanical and biological treatment of waste listed in the applicable WPGO and in accordance with Article 9e and Article 6d(4)(7) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities -Dz.U. of 2022, item 1297, i.e. and the management of this waste in this installation in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods, as well as washing and disinfection of containers, collection of bulky waste and waste from pharmacies and operation of PSZOK.

2. Estimates of the contract

2.1. Population received from the Kobierzyce Commune Register as at: 31.12.2021. -20864, 31.12.2020r. -20587, 31.12.2019 -20260, 31.12.2018 - 19675, 31.12.2017 - 19.894, 31.12.2016 - 18.392, 31.12.2015 - 17.860, 31.12.2014 - 17,387 and data resulting from declarations submitted by residents: number of people inhabited approx. 24,500, number of property addresses approx. 8000 (single-family and multi-family buildings), the expected number of selected uninhabited properties covered by the system will be approx. 55, monthly average amount of waste 20Mg.

2.2. The amount of municipal waste collected in the years 2013-2021 from the area of the Kobierzyce commune, according to Annex 1 to the contract,

2.3. Quantity and capacity of containers for municipal waste according to Annex 1a to the contract, as of: 4 February 2022:

a) Lists of containers (33 separate files for each locality) for single-family buildings,

b) List of the sum of containers for single-family housing

c) List of containers for multi-family buildings for all localities (containers for mixed waste and plastics, paper, glass, bio.),

d) List of sums of containers for single-family and multi-family residential buildings and selected uninhabited real estate,

e) list of containers for selected uninhabited properties

2.4. In multi-family buildings up to 7 premises, residents have the opportunity to choose whether to treat them as single-family buildings. Therefore, the number of 120 l containers may be increased and the number of 240 l containers may decrease.

2.5. In selected uninhabited properties, the number of containers and the number of addresses from which municipal waste will be collected may change.

2.6. The above data characterizing the order are estimates, determined by the Ordering Party with due diligence. Contractors should take into account the fact that these numbers may change during the performance of the contract, which (subject to the provisions of § 16 of this contract) cannot justify any claims of the Contractor.

3. The scope of the service includes:

1) Collection and management of municipal waste, in the manner specified in the Resolution in the scope of a detailed manner and scope of provision of services, from real estate on which residents live, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the contract.

2) Collection and management of municipal waste, in the manner specified in the Resolution in the scope of a detailed manner and scope of provision of services, from selected properties on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the agreement.
