- lot 1: creation and management of the regional transport social profiles of the regional passenger division (DPR) of Trenitalia (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and, optionally, any additional platforms and / or additional direct communication channels with the customers
- lot 2: management of the currently managed social profiles of the Frecce fleet of the Long Haul (DPLH) passenger division of Trenitalia (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and Linkedin) and, optionally, any additional platforms and / or additional communication channels direct with customers.
Details on the technical and functional specifications of the services covered by this call for tenders will be promptly disclosed at the time of the invitation to tender, only to candidates who have successfully passed the prequalification phase of this tender procedure.
