The purpose of this contract is to establish a framework agreement on technical, financial and legal assistance for the award of competitive procedures for the award of contracts for the operation of the Paris and small crown bus networks in the Île-de-France region, and for the conduct of the project.

The framework agreement consists of three lots:

— Lot 1: assistance to project management for the procedures for the competition of bus lines;

— lot 2: assistance to project management on the social side of the competition;

— Lot 3: general assistance for the competition project.

It will be expected of the Holders of this lot a support from Île-de-France mobilités, for the piloting of each of the procedures for the competition of bus lines.

The holder of this lot will be expected to support Île-de-France mobilités for the social aspect of the competition procedures for bus lines. The holder is expected to cooperate strongly with the holders of Lot 1 during all such proceedings.

The holder of this lot will be expected to accompany Île-de-France mobilities for general and heritage missions throughout the competition period of the Paris bus lines and small crown.
