The framework agreement shall primarily be used for ventilation installation work in connection with ongoing maintenance and building development projects for municipal properties. The tenderer must, in accordance with the rules of the framework agreement, carry out the following and related work (the list is not exhaustive):
- New procurements of ventilation systems.
- Balancing of ventilation systems.
- Measurement and documentation of air volumes, air quality, etc.
- Improvements/changes of existing ventilation and air treatment systems, including the purchase of technical ventilation materials.
- Cleaning of ventilation ducts, including spot checks for duct cleanliness.
- It may also be necessary for some assignments for the contractor to take on engineering design assignments.
- Service agreement for certain systems (possibly filter replacement as described in the assignment) Tenderers can also expect to be a turnkey tenderer for certain projects, including engineering design and preparation of planning documentation, if the contracting authority deems this appropriate. The tenderer must then coordinate the implementation of projects, including necessary applications in connection with assignments that are relevant in relation to this framework agreement.
