The underlying intention includes the performance of the following supplies and services under three parts of the contract:
A) Part I of the order includes the delivery of IT equipment with software, i.e. 34 pcs. desktop computers, 37 pcs. portable computers, 25 pcs. tablets, 5 pcs. headphones, set of 4 servers, 3 pcs. NAS servers, 2 pcs. USB multiports (replicators), 4 pcs. multifunction devices (printers), 2 pcs. desktop monitors, 2 pcs. interactive monitors, 1 pc digital camera with tripod, 1 pc. portable hard drive, 5 pcs. computer mice and office, specialist and system software;
B) Part II of the order for the delivery of a videoconferencing system, i.e. 23 discussion panels with hardware and software along with a configuration service.
The order also includes the service of bringing in and insuring the above-mentioned equipment.
C) Part III of the order entitled Delivery of 207 pcs. portable computers (laptops) with software.
Delivery of IT devices with software and hardware insurance service in connection with the implementation of the grant project "Digital Municipality"The subject of this part of the contract is the delivery of brand new, bearing no traces of previous use of IT devices, including:
i) 34 pcs. – desktop computers (workstations) with the minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
ii) 37 pcs. – portable computers (laptops) with the minimum parameters specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ"), constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
iii) 25 pcs. – tablets with the minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
iv) 5 pcs. - stereo headphones with the minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
v) 4 pcs. - servers with minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
vi) 3 pcs. – NAS servers with the minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
vii) 2 pcs. – USB multiports (replicators) with the minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
viii) 4 pcs. – multifunctional devices (printers) with minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
ix) 2 pcs. – computer monitors with the minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
x) 2 pcs. – interactive monitors with the minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
xi) 1 pc. - a digital camera with a tripod with the minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
xii) 1 pc. – a portable hard disk with the minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
xiii) 28 pcs. - office software (containing at least: a spreadsheet, an e-mail program, a text editor and a presentation program) with minimum functionalities specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
xiv) 1 set - license for specialized software with minimum functionalities specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
xv) 5 pcs. - wireless computer mice with minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
xvi) 1 set - license for system software with minimum functionalities specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ;
This contract also includes the insurance service of the above-mentioned equipment.
NOTE: By the delivery of equipment, the Ordering Party understands the bringing of all purchased items, indicated by authorized persons, to specific rooms of individual locations (objects) indicated in the SWZ.
Delivery of a videoconferencing system in connection with the implementation of the grant project "Digital Municipality"The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new, bearing no traces of previous use of 23 pcs. discussion panels with the necessary equipment and software with the minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ together with the hardware configuration service at the Ordering Party's headquarters (Sierakowice Commune Office).
By the delivery of equipment, the Ordering Party understands the bringing of all purchased items, indicated by authorized persons, to a specific room of the Sierakowice Commune Office, Lęborska 30, 83-340 Sierakowice.
Delivery of portable computers with software and hardware insurance service in connection with the implementation of the grant project "PPGR Grants"The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of brand new, bearing no traces of previous use: 207 pcs. – portable computers (laptops) with software and hardware insurance service with minimum parameters specified in the SOPZ, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
By the delivery of equipment, the Ordering Party understands the bringing of all purchased items, indicated by authorized persons, to a specific room of the Sierakowice Commune Office, Lęborska 30, 83-340 Sierakowice.
