The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356), including works in the field of breeding and protection, forest, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, seed production, maintenance of roads, trails and wood depots, to be carried out in the area of the Miechów Forest District, in 2024. Planned start and end date of the contract: 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024.
Package No. 03 - Trąby ForestryThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: forest breeding, nature protection, forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, seed management and maintenance of the existing road infrastructure to be performed in the Miechów Forest District within the boundaries of the Trąby Forestry, in 2024.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package No. 07 - Trzyciąż Forest RangerThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: forest breeding, nature conservation, forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, seed management and maintenance of the existing road and tourist infrastructure to be performed in the Miechów Forest District within the boundaries of the Trzyciąż Forestry, in 2024.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Specialist package no. 09 - Forest nurseryThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: Nursery and seed, to be performed in the area of the Forest District Miechów, in 2024.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package No. 10 - Forest Ranger GoszczaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: forest breeding, nature protection, forest protection, fire protection, tree maintenance, logging and skidding, seed management and maintenance of existing road, tourist and educational infrastructure to be performed in the Miechów Forest District within the borders of the Goszcza Forestry, in 2024.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
