The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste generated in the municipality of Rędziny from inhabited real estate, assuming no limit on the amount of mixed and segregated waste received. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of collecting mixed and segregated waste commissioned by the Ordering Party together with waste from another municipality or with any other waste.

Order processing period - from November 1, 2022 for a period of 16 months.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste generated in the municipality of Rędziny from inhabited real estate, assuming no limit on the amount of mixed and segregated waste received. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of collecting mixed and segregated waste commissioned by the Ordering Party together with waste from another municipality or with any other waste.

Order processing period - from November 1, 2022 for a period of 16 months.

2. The scope of the order includes:

1) equipping the property (in accordance with the list provided by the Ordering Party) with containers for non-segregated (mixed) waste, ash containers and containers or bags for separately collected waste (separately glass, paper, metals, plastics and multi-material packaging, BIO waste),

2) successive delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of bags for separately collected waste in the amount of 500 pieces of each color once a month,

3) equipping the separate collection point for municipal waste with appropriate containers and containers for waste collection in accordance with the requirements set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract,

4) collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream:

a) from the point of separate collection of municipal waste (PSZOK),

b) furniture and other bulky waste, tires, waste electrical and electronic equipment, windows and doors (without glass) from the property – for each property once from 01.01.2023.

until 29.02.2024 – after prior notification of the resident.
