1. The subject of the order is the delivery of the supplier's transport to the Oskar Bielawski Wielkopolska Neuropsychiatric Center in Kościan, Plac Paderewskiego 1a, medicines divided into 21 packages (tasks).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for the implementation and reception shall specify:
- description of the subject of the contract - assortment and price form, which is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ,
- model contract – Annex 5 to the SWZ.
