The object of the contract is to entrust the management and management of the Ecological Platform of the municipality of Corsico for 48 months. Participation is reserved for the subjects referred to in Article 112 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 registered for the management of collection centers at cat. D or higher of the National Register of Environmental Managers referred to in Article 212 of Legislative Decree 152/2006

The services covered by the contract concern the management and management of the municipal ecological platform, inspired by the objectives and principles contained in Part IV of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006 n. 152 (Rules on waste management) and subsequent amendments. In particular, the purposes expressed in Articles 177 to 182 concerning criteria and priorities in waste management apply. Participation, given the relevant social implications in terms of social and professional integration of people with disabilities and / or disadvantaged, is reserved for the subjects referred to in art. 112, paragraph 1 of the Procurement Code that are registered for the management of collection centers, in category 1 class D or higher of the National Register of Environmental Managers pursuant to art. 212 of Legislative Decree no. 152 of 3 April 2006 as amended, and in possession of the professional, economic-financial and technical organizational suitability requirements provided for in the notice and in the tender regulations, which must be maintained for the entire duration of the contract.
