1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity between 1.1.2022 and 31.12.2022 to 1,628 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (± 10%) of 11,103.61 MWh, of which:
1) for premises and facilities (part 1 of the order) — 5 751,19 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1a to SWZ;
2) for road lighting (Part 2 of the order) — 5 352,42 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1b to SWZ.
2. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting (customers), other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected.
3. Settlement periods used:
— tariff group B, C2x — 1 month,
— tariff group C1x, G, R — 2 months.
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities1. Quantity of measurement systems accounting for consumed electricity 478 pcs
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract of 5,751.19 MWh, of which:
— Zone I 3 383,93 MWh,
— Zone II 2 329.26 MWh,
— Zone III 38,00 MWh.
The above data is indicative. The Contractor shall take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of ± 10%.
4. Deliveries will take place between 1.1.2022 and 31.12.2022, provided that details of delivery dates (commencement and termination) for individual collection points are described in Annex No 1a to SWZ column “Delivery Period”.
5. Measurement systems with tariff group B are tailored to the seller's change procedure.
6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
7. Quality standards:
1) the subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards, in accordance with applicable regulations;
2) The quality standards of electricity are described in the Law of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (as amended) and the Regulation Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 with amendments on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and clearing in electricity trading.
8. CPV code under which the subject of the contract is classified: 09300000-2 — Electricity, thermal, solar and nuclear power, 09310000-5 — Electricity.
9. The Contractor shall, on the basis of the power of attorney granted, be required to notify on behalf of his own and the Contracting Party (s) to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable rules and to represent the Contracting Party (s) before the DSO.
10. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of taking advantage of Article 139 (1) of Pzp, i.e. the possibility of examining and evaluating tenders in the first place and then making the qualifications of the contractor whose offer has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment conditions of participation in the proceedings.
11. As a result of the settlement of the procurement procedure, 16 contracts will be concluded.
12. The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a security for the proper performance of the contract, the Contractor shall contribute 16 safeguards for the sound performance of the contract separately for each contract concluded with the Contracting Authority.
13. The Contracting Authority requests the insertion of a vadium. In case of placing an offer for part 1 of the order: 57,000,00 PLN.
Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting1. Number of measurement systems accounting for electricity consumed 1 150 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.

— Zone I 1 629.80 MWh,
— Zone II 3 722.62 MWh.
