The University is seeking to appoint a company to provide its Graduation Production Services for 2015, 2016 and 2017, with possible annual extension to 2018.

Graduation ceremonies are 1 of the most important, high-profile events in the University calendar and the University is keen to continue the success of the ceremonies over the last 4 years on campus. In order to create a suitable venue for the graduation ceremonies, the successful contractor will need to construct a ‘Purpose-Built Theatre’ within the existing Indoor Athletics Centre (IAC) on the University's campus at Uxbridge.
