The contract notice concerns the carrying out of phase 2 feasibility studies of the A35 requalification project with regard to road infrastructure. In addition to these studies framed by the ministerial instruction for road projects, the incumbent must be able to provide technical assistance to the contracting authority concerning other tools linked to the requalification of the A35 including lowering speeds, prohibition of transit for heavy goods vehicles or even the modification of the directional signaling master plan of the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg.
