The Michaelschule at Dierkower Damm 39 is an inclusive all-day school with after-school care until 5 p.m. In 2015, the entire building shell of the 5-storey prefabricated building BA1 lower level was renovated.

Two connectors with stairwell and elevator systems as well as the BA2 intermediate level have been added.

The services described in the tender are part of the following construction phase 3 and relate to the delivery of the school furniture for the upper level.
