The object of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing provisions issued pursuant to them.
Puchaczów Municipality and the Members of the Purchasing Group and their units listed in Annex No 1 to SWZ will conclude separate agreements arising from this procedure for the award of a public contract by means of an unrestricted tender for the purchase of electricity for the purposes of the Community Purchasing Group The fluffers. Details of the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organisational units are included in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. The responsibility of the Contractor selected shall be to represent the Contracting Authority and its organizational units before the competent operator of the distribution system in matters related to the notification of the change to the seller. The Contractor shall be granted an appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to SWZ) to perform the abovementioned activities.
The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the office of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:

— Milejów Municipality,
— Trawniki Municipality,
— Municipality of Wólka.

The estimated electricity demand for the period 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 5,984,679.00 kWh.
The estimated value of the order between 1.1.2022 and 31.12.2022 is 2,274,178.02 PLN.
The performance of the activities arising from the power of attorney, constituting Annex No 1 to the draft agreement (Annex No 4.1 to the SWZ), in particular the Contractor obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated operator of the distribution system to implement an agreement concluded with the Contractor for the sale of electricity, making statements of will and determining on behalf of the Contracting Authority all necessary information in the scope of termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representing the Contracting Authority before the relevant operator distribution system in matters related to the conclusion of a distribution service contract.
The Contracting Authority informs that the process of changing the seller is taking place once again Detailed information on the dates of the current electricity sales contracts are set out in Annex No 1 to SWZ. Electricity distribution contracts for points with another seller change are concluded for an indefinite period.
The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of the means of evidence in question.
The Contracting Authority shall not split the order into parts. Thus, the Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders referred to in Article 7 (15) of the Law Pzp.
