This tender procedure provides for the stipulation of a Framework Agreement with a single operator pursuant to art. 54, co. 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 concerning the scheduled routine maintenance and maintenance on demand and failure, of the lift systems owned by EUR S.p.A. located in Rome, Town Hall IX. All types of interventions to be performed as well as the executive procedures are described in the CSA and in the attached documents. The contract is not divided into lots because of the annual amount of services (which does not qualify it as a large contract) and because the subdivision is not functional to the management of the contract ( as it would involve a duplication of administrative and accounting acts and an increase in the company resources occupied in the contract in the face of an absence of management advantages).
