1.The subject of the contract concerns the provision of services of collection and management of municipal waste as well as construction and demolition waste in the Municipality of Sędziszów Małopolski.

2.The subject of the order has been divided into 2 parts:

Part I - Collection and management of communes waste. from residential real estate, located within the boundaries of admin. Municipalities of Sędziszów Małopolski in 2024

The basic contract covers the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live, as well as waste from the liquidation of wild landfills and door-to-door collection, in the amount of 3800 Mg.

Part II – Transport and management of selectively collected municipal waste. and construction and demolition at the Municipal Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection in Sędziszów Małopolski in 2024.

The basic (guaranteed) contract covers the provision of transport and management services of selectively collected waste in a total amount of 266.10 Mg.

1.The subject of the contract concerns the provision of services of collection and management of municipal waste as well as construction and demolition waste in the Municipality of Sędziszów Małopolski.

2.The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts:

1) Part I - "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Sędziszów Małopolski in 2024"

The basic (guaranteed) contract covers the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live, as well as waste from the liquidation of wild landfills and door-to-door collection, in a total amount of 3800 Mg divided into:

a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste in the amount of 2200 Mg,

b) municipal waste segregated in the amount of 1400 Mg,

c) bio-waste (food, kitchen and biodegradable waste) in the amount of 130 Mg,

d) waste collected during a one-time door-to-door collection from the area of the Commune in the amount of 60 Mg (area of all settlements and villages) including: waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tires from cars, motorcycles and bicycles

e) waste from the disposal of wild landfills – 10 Mg.

The municipal waste management service will be provided in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels: recycling and preparation for re-use of municipal waste, reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with:

a) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended),

b) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws 2022.699, as amended)

c) Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Sędziszów Małopolski, adopted by the City Council in Sędziszów Małopolski by resolution No. XIX/205/20 of 16 April 2020.

d) Resolution No. XIX/206/20 of the City Council in Sędziszów Małopolski of 16 April 2020 on determining the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee for municipal waste management paid by the property owner;

The municipal waste collection system does not cover waste generated in the so-called uninhabited properties (schools, companies, hotels, hospitals, etc.)

The amount of individual types of waste is given in an estimated manner in order to calculate the offer price by the Contractors. Settlement for the service provided will be based on the actual amount of waste collected and managed.

Part II – "Transport and management of selectively collected municipal, construction and demolition waste at the Municipal Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection in Sędziszów Małopolski in 2024"

The basic (guaranteed) contract covers the provision of transport and management services of selectively collected municipal waste as well as construction and demolition waste from the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the total amount of 266.10 Mg.

The above-mentioned amount consists of the following types of waste:

- Paper and cardboard – 3 Mg

- Plastics – 1 Mg

- Multi-material packaging – 0.01 Mg

- metals – 0.20 mg

- glass – 0.05 mg

- Tires – 30 mg

- Waste from construction works: mixed waste from concrete, rubble, ceramics, faience, glass – 41.10 Mg

- Biodegradable waste -20 Mg

- Furniture, large size, shower trays, shower cabins – 150 Mg

- Fluorescent lamps, Other wastes containing mercury – 0,01 Mg

- Edible oils and fats – 0.01 Mg

- Paints, adhesives, binders, resins, inks, chemicals, oils – 1.50 Mg

- detergents – 0.01 mg

- Construction styrofoam – 2 mg

- Window glass – 2 Mg

- Devices containing freons – 2 Mg

- medicines – 0.10 mg

- Needles and syringes – 0.01 Mg

- Batteries and accumulators – 0.10 Mg

- Used electrical and electronic devices – containing dangerous substances – 10 Mg

- Waste electrical and electronic equipment – free of hazardous substances – 3 Mg

while providing containers/containers for selected waste in 2024.

The amount of individual types of waste is given in an estimated manner in order to calculate the offer price by the Contractors. Settlement for the service provided will be based on the actual amount of waste collected and managed.
