The Danish Medicines Agency offers a contract for the acquisition of archives from the current supplier located at Stamholmen 165, 2650 Hvidovre, as well as subsequent preparation and storage of the records on the supplier's archive throughout the term of the contract. The archive comprises approximately 2,446 pallets primarily consisting of paper records in cartons.

The Supplier shall also, to a limited extent, be responsible for the retriefiration and transport of records to the contracting entity, as well as receiving access to new records for the archive.
