EU Tender for the provision of recumbent patient transport of non-treatment-requiring citizens and transfers of citizens in their own homes to Aalborg, Brønderslev, Frederikshavn, Hjørring, Jammerbugt, Mariagerfjord, Morsø, Rebild, Thisted and Vesthimmerlands Kommuner (hereinafter referred to as the Client).

The tendered contracts are assumed to be concluded with one supplier. The contracting municipalities will each enter into an independent contract with the winning Tenderer on the basis of the tender. (10 independent contracts are put out to tender).

The tendered contracts are assumed to be concluded with one supplier. The contracting municipalities will each enter into an independent contract with the winning Tenderer on the basis of the tender. (10 independent contracts are thus offered).

4-year contracts are signed in Brønderslev, Frederikshavn, Hjørring, Jammerbugt, Mariagerfjord, Morsø, Rebild, Thisted and Vesthimmerland municipalities. A contract for 3 years and 8 months is signed in Aalborg Municipality. The contracts in Brønderslev, Frederikshavn, Hjørring, Jammerbugt, Mariager-fjord, Morsø, Rebild, Thisted and Vesthimmerlands Kommuner enter into force on 01.01.2024 and terminate without notice on 31.12.2027. The contract in Aalborg Municipality enters into force on 01.05.2024 and ends without notice on 31.12.2027. The contracts may be extended by each Contracting Entity on unchanged terms for up to 2x12 months.
