The contract includes the object planning services of the building and interior services according to § 33 ff HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI, service phases 3-9 for the conversion and expansion of the youth conference house in Geiselhöring.
In the years 1981 and 1982, the youth conference house was built in Geiselhöring on a plot of land belonging to the city of Geiselhöring (heritable building right). The district was a property developer and then transferred the management to the Kreisjugendring. The house has 40 beds, various lounges and halls as well as a self-catering kitchen.
From 1997 to 1999, a large hall, a small kitchen and wet rooms with a handicapped accessible toilet were added.
Since the house no longer meets the requirements of today's times, both in terms of space and energy consumption, and the lack of accessibility is also a major shortcoming, the district council finally decided in 2022 at the request of the Kreisjugendring to adapt the house to the currently valid standards by adding a bed house, creating accessibility and an energy-efficient renovation of the existing building.
The client has not yet decided which of the enclosed design variants will be executed.
