The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor for the provision of successive cleaning services in the municipal forests of the City of Krakow in 2024, for the Municipal Greenery Board in Krakow. Proceedings No NP.26.2.83.23.BT

1.1. The scope of the contract includes, in particular, successive maintenance of cleanliness in the municipal forests of the City of Krakow managed by the Contracting Authority in the period from 02.01.2024. until 16.12.2024, including in particular emptying at least 267 waste bins (on average 40 l of bin capacity – 3 types of bins), and cleaning an area of at least 46,531 m2, as well as carrying out intervention orders in the field of emptying bins, cleaning surfaces and garbage collection. As part of the flat-rate contractual values and the basic monthly remuneration for the scope of successive services, it is absolutely required to clean all indicated areas in their entirety and empty all bins, regardless of the state of contamination of the area indicated in the description of the order and the filling of the bin, 2 times a week (if Monday or Friday falls on a public holiday, then the cleaning falls on the next working day preceding or the following public holiday, moreover, if the bin is damaged or missing, or there is rubbish within a radius of 5 m from the bin, the Contractor is also obliged to remove and clean it up as part of the flat-rate unit value), i.e. on Mondays and Fridays until 12:00 p.m., after which each bin and place is to be completely and properly cleaned. The scope of the contract also provides for the possibility of commissioning intervention works in the field of emptying bins, cleaning the area and garbage disposal during the period of contract performance. These orders are included in the scope of the basic order up to a maximum amount of PLN 120,000.00. gross. The above-mentioned amount is included in the final sum of the contract and may be used in whole or in part, depending on the amount of work commissioned by the Ordering Party. Settlement is based on current orders at flat unit values (rates). Maintenance of cleanliness includes, in particular, the collection, loading, disposal and responsibility for the disposal in accordance with applicable regulations of all garbage, impurities and solid waste, as well as organic and vegetable materials contained in bins and within a radius of up to 5 meters from them and in the entire area of the designated area covered by cleaning.
