The purpose of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement with a (1) contractor for making available to the OU – on the basis of an operational lease – and keeping operational an MFP system with various functionalities as well as the supply of related consumables, etc. on the campus in Heerlen and also in various study centers in the Netherlands.

Overall, the assignment consists of:

(a) making an MFP system available to the OU on the basis of an operational lease;

(b) the installation and connection of that MFP system with the number of MFPs chosen by the OU with the selected options in the places chosen by the OU in the buildings on campus chosen by the OU and the Dutch study centres chosen by the OU,

(c) training users and administrators;

(d) carrying out all necessary preventive and corrective maintenance work to achieve the required availability of the MFP system;

(e) the supply of all consumables except paper to all OU establishments where MFPs are placed, following signals from the MFPs.
