The subject of the contract is the supply of computer hardware and software for the needs of the Maritime Office in Szczecin in the division of parts.

2. In order to confirm the compliance of the offered delivery with the requirements, features specified in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall request the Contractor to submit the following means of evidence:
• a document confirming that the offered delivery meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, constituting Annex 2A to the SWZ.
• the contractor's statement regarding the service - submitted as the subject evidence constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.
• Contractor's statement regarding the hard disk in the event of a failure - submitted as the subject evidence - constituting Annex 11.
3. The contracting authority informs that acting pursuant to Article 107(2) of the Act, it provides that in a situation where the contractor has not submitted the evidence in question or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the contracting authority will call for their submission or supplementation once within the prescribed period.
4. The Contracting Authority may request explanations from the contractors on the content of the evidence in question.
