The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding and tourist management, side use of the forest to be carried out in the area of the Olecko Forest District in 2023

3.1. Material scope of the subject of the contract 1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and tourist development, collateral use of the forest, to be performed in the area of the Olecko Forest District in 2023. 2) The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding as well as tourist development, by-use of the forest, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of Annex 2.1. – planned size of works, Package IIC, IIIC; Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations, Package IIC, IIIC; Appendix 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in the field of logging, Package IIC, IIIC; Appendix 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry, Package IIC, IIIC; Appendix No. 2.3.3. – summary of distances and conditions of wood skidding, Package IIC, IIIC; Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in obtaining and skidding, Package IIC, IIIC; Appendix 2.3.5. – list of items not available for machine acquisition, Package IIC, IIIC; Appendix 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of logging (potential), Package IIC, IIIC; Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for weed mowing), Package IIC, IIIC; Appendix No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for renewal made with the help of a planter, Package IIC; 3) The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the General Director of the State Forests of May 12, 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" in organizational units of the State Forests along with the changes introduced by amending decisions; Appendix No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry works performance technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Białystok adopted by Decision No. 11/2022 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Białystok of June 29, 2022 on the introduction of the Regional Description of the Standard for Forestry Work Technology. Specified in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forestry works (activities) is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements making up the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If the action described in the above-mentioned annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply. 5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forestry works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
