The contracting authority is Båtsfjord Municipality. Båtsfjord is situated in Troms og Finnmark County. The municipality is situated on the north side of the Varanger pensinsula and has approx. 2300 inhabitants.

Båtsfjord Municipality is constructing a new school for 1st - 10th years, and must thus procure AV equipment for classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, and communal areas. WIFI equipment (access points) will also be procured in the same procurement.

The procurement also includes an option for a service period.
