The procurement services of the Group administration of the City of Turku request table setting tableware and cutlery, tableware (special groups), serving dishes and kitchen utensils and catering aids to be procured for the use of the cities of Vehmaa and Masku, Kaarina, Lieto, Naantali, Paimio, Raisio, Salo and Turku for the period 1.10.2023 - 31.5.2025, after which the contracts can be extended on the original terms for one (1) + one (1) year for the periods 1.6.2025 - 31.5.2026 and 1.6.2026 - 31.5.2027 (options). The option is a right, not an obligation, of the Subscriber.

The procurement is divided into four (4) areas as follows:

Section 1 Table setting and cutlery

Section 2 Tableware for ease of perception (for special groups)

Section 3 Serving dishes and kitchen utensils

Section 4 Dining aids

In procurement, a framework agreement is made with one (1) Supplier by sub-area.

The municipalities of Masku and Vehmaa as well as the cities of Kaarina, Lieto, Naantali, Paimo, Raisio, Salo and Turku participate in this area.

The products to be procured include different plates, glasses, cutlery, etc., which are purchased during the contract period according to varying needs.

The municipality of Vehmaa and the City of Turku participate in this area.
