Gjesdal, Time, Klepp and Strand municipalities invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement regarding the delivery of signs and assembly equipment

The contracting authority on behalf of Gjesdal, Time, Klepp and Strand municipalities, wishes to invite tenderers to a tender contest regarding a framework agreement for the delivery of signs and assembly equipment.

The agreements are valid for 2 years, with an option for further 1 + 1 year extension.

The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 1,450,000 excluding VAT per annum. The total agreement value including options is estimated to approx. NOK 5.8 million excluding VAT. The estimated values are mainly based on historical figures from the four last years.

The maximum value of the framework agreement (4 years) is NOK 6.4 million excluding VAT.

Note that this is an estimate and does not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer.

The contracting authority reserves the right to hold tender contests outside the framework agreement for single procurements with a total value exceeding NOK 100,000 excluding VAT.
