The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") the execution and maintenance of forest infrastructure to be performed in the Piwniczna Forest District in 2023. The subject of the order has been divided into parts ("Package")

Package I – forestry: Szczawnik, Majdan, Majerz, Żegiestów, Jastrzębik;

Package II – forestry: Runek, Wierchomla , Zubrzyk, Łomnica, Rzyczanów, Roztoka Mała, Roztoka Wielka.

A description of the rules for the procedure for commissioning forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ

The material scope of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of implementation and maintenance of forest infrastructure resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix 2.3 – a map with a project of the trails.

The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry works execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krakow adopted by Decision No. 30 of the Regional Director of the State Forests of June 10, 2022 on the introduction of the "Regional Description of the Forest Work Execution Technology Standard and Decision No. 47 of October 3, 2022 on the amendment of the Annex to Decision No. 30 of the Director of the RDSF in Krakow of June 10, 2022 on the introduction of the Regional Description of the Technology Standard Execution of forestry works.

Specified in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forestry works (activities) is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements making up the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the action described in the above-mentioned annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The subject of the order has been divided into parts ("Package").

The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forestry works included in the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the appendices included in Appendix 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works included in the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part
