The assignment to be carried out involves the phased construction of a new residential care center for:

- 100 residents (97 rooms),

- four recessed flats,

- nine assistance flats,

- a day care center for 15 people.

The environment, the fixed furniture cfrm. the implementation documents (plans and specifications), the design of the building techniques on the basis of a performance specification. The assignment concerns the realization of each of these components. Although these components should be seen as one inseparable whole.

The works must fully comply with the environmental permit.
