This consultation concerns the cleaning and removal of rubbish and various objects, surface sweeping, weeding and mowing on community activity parks. This contract covers the cleaning and removal of rubbish from community parks. More precisely and in accordance with article L. 2113-12 of the public order code, this market is strictly reserved for economic operators employing disabled and disadvantaged workers, namely adapted companies (EA), establishments and services of assistance through work (ESAT) and equivalent structures employing a minimum proportion of 50% of disabled workers who, due to the nature or seriousness of their disabilities, cannot exercise a professional activity under normal conditions. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
