Introduction

This procurement is intended to meet the National Antiquities Agency's, hereinafter referred to as the buyer, the need for resource consultants in the IT area, hereinafter referred to as the assignment, mainly for resource enhancement for the following seven tender areas: - Usability - Business development & requirements - IT architect - System development and test management - Testing Management and governance - IT security. The person requested for delivery is hereinafter referred to as the tenderer. By resource consulting service, in this contract, the consultant means that the consultant reinforces the buyer in work on site in Visby, in a certain project or for a specific assignment, which is run by the buyer. The consultant's role is to add resources or skills that the buyer lacks. The assignments may also include training and transfer of skills to the buyer. This tender document sets out all the conditions and conditions that apply to this tender.
