4.1. The subject of the order is the successive collection, transport and management of waste code 19 05 99 — Other unlisted waste, created after the biological composting process and waste stabilization code 19 12 12 12 (subsieve fraction 0—80 mm) from the Waste Development Plant in Łasków.

4.2. The estimated amount of waste during the period of implementation of the contract will be up to 4,000 Mg. This quantity was determined for the purpose of performing an estimate of the value of the order. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste received without the right to redress. The minimum guaranteed amount of waste is 1,000 Mg. The actual amount of waste provided for receipt will be due to the current needs of the Ordering Party.
4.3. The waste will be prepared in loose form. The qualitative parameters of waste code 19 05 99 have been determined by an examination by an accredited laboratory and are of an overview nature. Received lots of material may differ as to the values stated, and any differences will not form the basis of the Contractor's claims in relation to the Ordering Party.
4.4. The collection of waste will take place on working days from Monday to Friday from 6.00 to 22.00 from the site of the Waste Development Plant in Łasków, 22-530 Mircze, Łasków 69 by the Contractor's own transport. The Contracting Authority shall provide loading of waste. Weighing of the waste received by the Contractor will be carried out on the weight of the Ordering Party, located in the Waste Management Plant in Łasków, Grace 69 and will be confirmed by the weight acid from the weight system and the generated confirmation from the BDO system.
4.5. Any transport of waste received by the Contractor shall be recorded in the Contracting Authority's weight system and in the BDO system.
4.6. After the end of each month, the Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with a balance of weighing from a computer program operating the weighing system in the ZZO in Łaskow.
4.7. The waste management method offered must comply with the applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e., OJ of 2021, item 779, as amended).
4.8. The scope and method of execution of the object of the contract shall be determined by the draft contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ
