Open house contract for the active substance "nilotinib, ATC code: L01EA03" for the period from 01.07.2023 to 30.09.2025.

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to § 130a (8) SGB V for an active ingredient within the framework of a so-called open-house procedure. Subject to uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or groups of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a discount agreement in accordance with § 130a para. 8 SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredient. The earliest start of the contract is 01.07.2023, the end of the contract is 30.09.2025. It is possible to join this open house procedure at any time during the term of the contract.
