The Central Building Management of the City of Krefeld is building a tool shed for the volunteer fire brigade and rescue service in Krefeld-Traar for Department 37 - Fire Brigade and Civil Defence.
Separate supply systems are to be built for the two usage units of the property. The following list provides a rough description of the service to be provided:
- Heating systems and central water heating systems with:
- 2 brine-to-water heat pumps with a nominal output of 45 kW each
- 2 solar thermal systems with a total of 8 vacuum tube collectors incl. fittings, pumps and accessories
- 2 thermally insulated heating buffer tanks (700 L)
- 2 hot water instantaneous spouts for central hot water production (800 L)
- approx. 120 m black tubular steel within the heating systems (joining technology: welding) DN15-50 incl. moulded, fastening and connecting parts
- approx. 1400 m carbon steel pipe galvanized inside the building (joining technology: presses) DN12-50 incl. molded, fastening and connecting parts
- approx. 300 m stainless steel pipe inside the building (joining technology: presses) DN 12-50 incl. fitting, fastening and connecting parts
- Approx. 60 m copper pipes for solar thermal energy within the building (joining technology: presses) DN 15 incl. moulded, fastening and connecting parts
- 13 radiators in different dimensions and designs
- 2 compact supply and return manifolds, each with 6 nozzles, incl. thermal insulation and accessories
- Underfloor heating with:
- 950 m² Sytemverbundplatten
- 750 m Randdämmstreifen
- approx. 4700 m system pipe 17x2 mm
- 12 heating circuit manifolds in cabinets and various construction methods (surface-mounted/flush-mounted)
