1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is to determine the Contractor for the provision of successive services relating to the implementation of the task “Forest management services, for the Board of Zieleni Urban in Krakow in 2022", for the Board of Zieleni Mieska in Krakow. Proceedings No NP.26.2.89.21.BT.

1.1. The subject of the order includes, inter alia:

1.1.1. Care of low and high greens with walking strings,

1.1.2. Acquisition of timber in communal forests,

1.1.3. Care of forest crops in an area of 200,00 ha, i.e. removal of herbaceous plants between seedlings in communal forests in two or three relapses according to breeding needs for a total area taking into account the duration of the treatment 200,00 ha,

1.1.4. Landscape cuts,

1.1.5. Introduction of artificial renewal,

1.1.6. Protecting crops against hunting damage,

1.1.7. Soil care on crops:

1.1.8. Economic treatments in younger age classes,

1.1.9. Fire protection services of stands,

1.1.10pm. Maintenance of valuable meadow biocenoses in forest cuttings and maintenance of viewing and recreational clearings,

1.1.11. Securing crops by piling them,

1.1.12pm. Intervention actions,

1.2. The Contracting Authority points out that the order prohibits the use in municipal forests of heavy machinery such as Forwarder, Harwester, Skidder and any machinery and sets thereof which would exceed 5 tonnes.

1.3. The Contractor must offer the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in the SWZ and its annexes.

2. The Contractor should complete and sign the offer form together with a spreadtable showing flat unit prices or submit an offer corresponding to their content, using a qualified electronic signature and post on the platform provided by the Contracting Authority under address: https://www.soldea.pl/epz/epz/.

3. The Contractor must attach to the tender all documents and statements and attachments presented in the SWZ signed using a qualified electronic signature.

4. Conditions for the execution of the order are also included in the proposed provisions of the contract concluded in the SWZ.
