The subject of the order are services to provide a private cloud for the needs of website hosting along with dedicated security equipment and consulting / additional configuration services for the needs of the Employer. Description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.

The Employer requires the provision of hosting services with dedicated security equipment based on a private cloud.

The contract must be carried out according to the orders placed by the Employer, that is:

a) the possibility of ordering private cloud resources (VM together with vCPU, vMEM, vHDD, vSSD) with backup services;

b) the ability to order security components (Firewall, Load-Balancer, WAF, PAM, AAA etc.);

c) possibility of ordering Ethernet and FC transmission between the Data Center and the Ordering Party's headquarters;

d) the possibility of ordering the service of keeping system logs and connections (IP);

e) the possibility of ordering colocation services (CPD, DRC);

f) possibility of ordering support in administration (engineering services).

The contractor must migrate the Employer's VM machines to his environment at his own expense.

The Employer requires that the Contractor demonstrate appropriate knowledge - he must have a technical team to perform the required configuration and administrative services for the equipment used to provide the service.
