This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code 2019. This consultation will be held pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Order Code relating to framework agreements.
