EUROPEAN TENDER WITH OPEN TELEMATIC PROCEDURE FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE RENTAL SUPPLY OF DOSIMETRY SYSTEMS AND QUALITY CONTROLS AND THE SUPPLY IN RENTAL AND TURNKEY INSTALLATION OF A CT SIMULATOR SYSTEM, NECESSARY FOR THE S.S. RADIOTHERAPY OF THE A.O.U. SAN LUIGI GONZAGA.

Basic amount of lot 1 tender: € 200,713.76 plus VAT of which € 713.76 for security charges from non-lowerable interference

Basic amount of the tender lot 2: € 801,987.76 as well as VAT of which € 1,987.76 for security charges from non-reducible interference

The contract may be modified, without a new award procedure, pursuant to Article 106, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Code, for additional services in the amount of 20%. The maximum estimated value of the contract, including the clause for additional services, is, net of VAT and / or other taxes and legal contributions, the following: lot 1: € 240,856.51, lot 2: € 962,385.31.

Supply for hire of dosimetry systems and quality controls configured and equipped as indicated in Articles. 3 and 4 of the Technical and Performance Specifications (including IT systems), as well as the costs related to the training of personnel and support for the start-up and implementation of the systems supplied (Article 13 of the Technical and Performance Specifications).

Installation and ordinary/extraordinary maintenance (full risk all inclusive) on the dosimetry systems and quality controls supplied, including all accessories supplied with them

Supply in rental "turnkey" of N. 1 TC Simulator System, equipped with the accessories and furnishings necessary for the room and for the console and anything else required in Articles. 3 and 4 of the Technical and Performance Specifications, as well as the costs related to training and support activities for the start-up and implementation of the system, as described in art. 13 of the Technical and Performance Specifications.

Ordinary / extraordinary maintenance (full risk all inclusive) on the equipment supplied including all the accessories supplied with it.

Any other complementary supply necessary for the integration of the TC Simulator with the TPS and Record & Verify systems already present.

Design, management and execution of all construction, electrical, plant, protection and safety works for the adaptation of the room, necessary for the installation and correct functioning of the system offered. The works must be covered by a total warranty starting from the date of testing. Disassembly, disposal and disposal of old equipment.
