The consultation relates to the services designated below: Acquisition of various supplies for office, administrative, school and recreational use for the needs of the services of the municipality of Nemours The supplies covered by these framework agreements are technically described in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) specific to each of the lots of the framework agreement.This framework agreement is awarded according to an open tender procedure subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2113-1, R.2124-1 and 2, R.2131-16, R.2161-2 to 5, R.2162-2, 4 13 and 14. In accordance with Articles R.2113-1, R.2162-2, 4, 13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code, the services are divided into 3 lots, each treated in a separate framework agreement, as follows:.
